Pedersoli Black Powder Cartridge 1874 Sporting No. 1 Silhouette Rifle 32" 45-90/45x2.4" Sharps

This is the Pedersoli Model 1874 Sharps Silhouette black powder cartridge single shot rifle made for the shooter who demands a sound, accurate, basic Sharps rifle. Weighing in at approximately 11 pounds this rifle will make NRA maximum weight restrictions of 12 pounds 2 ounces for both long/mid range and silhouette competition. The rifle has a pistol grip stock and shotgun style butt plate. Pedersoli barrels have broached cut rifled barrels to perform with lead or modern jacketed bullets; lapped and polished as on expensive target barrels. The rifle sports a 32" octagon tapered barrel, pistol grip, sporting shotgun butt plate, hand rubbed oil finish, double set triggers. Standard blue barrel with case hardened forged steel frame, lever and butt plate. Tang is drilled and tapped with 2 1/4" hole spacing. 1-18" twist octagon barrel.
