Pope Style Re & De-Cappers
For your Black Powder Cartridge & Smokeless loads. These tools use the readily available RCBS shell holders. De-capping rods for all bullet sizes from 25 cal. to 50 cal. are available. The end of one of the levers forms a handy tool for cleaning primer pockets. The standard re and de-capper accepts cases up to 2.7" long. An extra long model accepts cases to 3 1/4". Beautifully case colored polished steel construction for years of service.
