Beautifully engraved Drilling made by J. Raspeller in the 1920's-1930" as far as I can tell. This drilling features 16 gauge double shotgun barrels and a 9.3x82R rifle barrel, blade front and automatic flip-up notch rear sights. Probably a WWII GI bring back no import markings. Matted top rib marked J. Raspeller Straubing. The frame is floral engraved with scenes of deer, stag and game birds. Rare small lock plates, engraved breech area of the barrel and trigger gaurd. Engraved trapdoor on the toe of stock is made to hold four cartridges. Single set trigger for rifle barrel and Greener safety. Stock checkered at the forearm and wrist. Excellent shotgun bores with near excellent rifling. The horn buttplate has a few worm holes. Overall the Drilling is in excellent condition with a few handling marks to be expected with a 100 year old firearm.
