Model 1917 Eddystone 30-06 Lend Lease Rifle***Sold***

Eddystone M1917, WWII British Lend Lease the barrel is import marked, which makes sense as it was re-imported back into the U.S.. Remington marked stock with British Broad arrow and other stamps on the stock. Stock also has red band painted on the handguard signifying 30-06 caliber so that the British would not try and load .303 British caliber. Eddystone barrel dated 3/18 the rifle was made in April of 1918. Rifle has 95% original blue. Upper hand guard may have been arsenal replaced. Excellent bore , the rest of the rifle is full of cosmoline.
