1886 Winchester Lever Action 45-90 Take Down Miroku***Sold***

.45-90 Black Powder, 26 inch barrels with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Limited Series Winchester Takedown Model 1886 rifle manufactured in Japan for Winchester by Miroku. The gun is in excellent plus condition and does not appear to have been used since leaving the factory. The metal surfaces on the gun are in excellent condition with virtually all, 99% plus original blue with some minor handling blemishes. The walnut stock and forearm are likewise excellent with several handling nicks on the toe of the stock. The gun is sighted with a buckhorn rear and brass bead front sight and is equipped with a tang safety. These classic Winchester models combine the precision of fine Japanese craftsmanship with the original Winchester design for an excellent modern rifle.
