The case is constructed of marine-grade .063" thick aluminum with heli-arc welded corners for maximum strength and carefully rounded so there are no sharp edges. Heavy-duty closed-end rivets are used to attach hinges, latches and handles. High density closed cell foam hold firearms firmly in place. Will not allow in dust or moisture. Top-quality full length piano hinges, plated steel latches, spring loaded handles fold out of the way and features a stainless steel locking rod system. Made for two large scoped or single shot rifles. Outside dimensions are 52"x14"x4 1/2". There is a 1/2" inside reinforcing lip, so deduct 1" from the length and width.
