The Cimarron imported Armi Sport Model 1892 rifle is manufactured on John Browning's patents of 1884, the same patents covering the earlier and larger model 1886 rifle. The 1892 was introduced by Winchester to replace the aging 1873 model and was made in popular calibers proven in the model 1873.
