S, 28"-33"; This size measures 32 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 37 inches to the last buckle hole.

M, 33"-38"; This size measures 37 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 42 inches to the last buckle hole.

L, 38"-43"; This size measures 41 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 46 inches to the last buckle hole.
