S, 28"-33"; This size measures 28 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 33 inches to the last buckle hole.

M, 33"-38"; This size measures 33 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first hole and 38 inches to the last buckle hole.

L, 38"-43"; This size measures 39 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 43 inches to the last buckle hole.

XL, 43"-48"; This size measures 42 1/2/ inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 47 1/2 inches to the last buckle hole.
