Cimarron imported Uberti 1849 Wells Fargo Pocket black powder percussion pistol. These firearms were Samuel Colt's answer to the demand of a growing civilian market for a light handgun. They found much favor with gamblers, prospectors, and "men of change" for whom the dragoon models were much too heavy and oversized. Many settlers on the Oregon Trail, as well as Civil War soldiers, chose these revolvers as a fast handling back-up pocket gun. Just like yesterday, this is a great concealed weapon for the reenactor and Cowboy Action shooters!
Charcoal Blue Finish, color case hardened frame, .31 caliber, 4" barrel, brass T/G & B/S, weight .48 lbs, stock-one piece walnut.
