Cimarron Firearms imported Uberti made cowboy action shooting version of the 1860 Richards-Mason Conversion revolver. It was the most popular cartridge revolver made by Colt. Historically, as percussion parts ran short in 1860, the 1851 Richards-Mason was changed freom the earlier percussion model profile with octagon barrel to the 1871-72 Open Top sleek profile with round barrel and was renamed the 1860 Richards-Mason Conversion.
