Even though the William Malcolm scopes come with 4" eye relief, some of our shooters are concerned about their eye contacting the eyepiece after firing a shot. Well, be concerned no more as Leatherwood has created the sliding mount accessory. This allows the scope to move forward under recoil, thus eliminating any possibility of the shooter contacting the scope eyepiece on firing. It also considerably reduces the recoil force on the rear mount. As with all moveable scopes, the scope must be repositioned to the rear after each shot.
