The 185838U converts your Uberti 1858 Remington Navy revolver to fire the .38 Special cartridge using hollow base or heeled type bullets. You can also use 38 Special Hollow Based Wadcutter ammunition. To overcome the larger bore of the original barrel, it is recommended that you use hollow based or heeled type bullets.
