These rods are now being burnished and micro polished for an even more dense mirror like finish. The hardened polished finish does not pick up and carry abrasive grit or dirt through the bore. Rugged precision 8-32 threads for no wobble attachment of rod tip accessories. Rod rotates in an aluminum handle allowing bore brush to spiral with rifling. The smaller diameter handles provide maximum clearance for the comb tang sight. One piece rods come in a clear, reusable plastic tube, for safe rod storage. This model is a 12" Pistol rod for .27 cal. and up. Rod Stop (Item#PSST2) and Muzzle Guard(Item#PSMG2) sold separately.
